Summery outfit

Hello,

Last weekend was an odd one - really hot and sunny on the Saturday then cold on the Sunday! On the Saturday, I went shopping then went to my school fete. I was a bit daring wearing short shorts but I love this sleeveless long shirt and wanted to wear it!

Glastonbury festival Saturday night outift

Hello,

A couple of days ago I posted showing what I wore during the lovely warm weather on Saturday night at Glastonbury. In the evening, I swapped the floaty top for my trusty checked shirt. I wear this shirt so often (at least once a week!) and I thought it would be perfect to cover up slightly when it got colder in the evening. But it was also handy to tie around my waist when I got hot from dancing! I was surprised at how much I liked using this bum bag too. I wore it every evening as it carried all of my basics and I didn't need to worry about dropping my bag while dancing. Highly recommended if you are going to a festival! I'd never taken one before, but I would definitely take one if I went again.

These aren't the most flattering pictures and I don't really look very happy! But I thought I would still share my outfit from Glastonbury as I loved the festival so much!

Glastonbury Festival sunny outfit 2015

Hello,

Well it's been quiet from me recently as last weekend I was at Glastonbury festival! For the 1st time in 5 years, I was lucky enough to go. I won't be able to go for the foreseeable future, so this was a lovely opportunity. The weather was perfect really - it did rain a bit, but I would prefer that over the boiling weather we have had this week. This outfit is what I wore on the Saturday, when it was nice and sunny. I didn't really take outfit pictures on the Friday, as the weather wasn't great. The top and shorts are the bits from Hollister that I bought a few weeks ago.

I will post more about Glastonbury soon!

Glastonbury 2015 possible outfits

Hello,

So on Saturday night I decided to start getting my things packed for Glastonbury. I had bought some clothing especially for the festival, so decided to put some outfits together to see what items of clothing I should take with me. I took pictures which were at first just for my personal use, but decided to share them on here. I wanted to take them so while I'm there, I can look at my outfit options! So these pictures are not the most flattering, plus the background is awful! Underneath each picture I will state where the items are from. Most of them have been bought in the last month or 2, so should still be available for sale.

Shorts - Hollisters Now in the sale! :(
Wellies - Primark

So as you can see, a lot of these items are from Primark, mainly as they are cheap and it won't upset me as much if the items get covered in mud! I probably will take a few more items too, but it will be a last minute job on Wednesday night deciding what I need. I have also bought a pair of Timerland boots to take, but I only have 3 days to wear them in - any advice?! I'm getting very excited about Glastonbury now!

Urban Outfitters 70s style

Hello,

I hope you are having a lovely weekend. I have had a very, very exciting week. Something amazing has happened this week, something I have been waiting for for many years! I'm hoping it won't fall through, and if all goes to plan then I will own my own flat very soon! I won't go into much detail yet, but I'm hoping I will soon be buying homeware items!! So this weekend I went to pick up some last minute bits for Glastonbury, then had a meeting at the estate agents. It was warm but not too hot this weekend, so I finally wore this Urban Outiftters jumper that I bought at the beginning of May. I can't seem to find it on the website anymore, probably as it's not really in season anymore! This is as far as I am brave enough to take the 70s trend this summer! I absolutely love the mustard colour, so this top is perfect for me!

Missguided suede Glastonbury festival haul

Hello,

So as I may have mentioned before, I am going to Glastonbury this year! I haven't been since 2010, so I am currently stocking up on clothes to take with me. I placed an order on Missguided and for some reason everything I got was made of faux suede! Here are the things I chose with the links as well. Sorry for not taking any pictures of the items on, but I'm sure I will when I get round to wearing some of them at Glastonbury!

So I fell in love with these shorts when I first saw them, and I only got them in the post yesterday and have already worn them on a night out! The burgandy colour is one of my favs, but I normally only wear it in the winter. I'm not sure how I will pair them with my mint green wellies at Glastonbury, but they are a must have for me!

I love these shorts too! They are available with a matching top, but it's a crop top and people really don't want to see my bare midriff, even at Glastonbury! I can't decide whether to keep these or not, as do I really need 2 pairs of suede shorts in my life?! I do love the colour though, and if it is hot or sunny at Glastonbury then I can definitely see myself wearing these!

I love the style of this jacket, but unfortunately I will have to return it. I ordered a size 12 (I'm a size 10) as I wanted it to be slightly larger, but it's a little too big. Also the belt has a metal bit which rattles around a lot, so as much as I love this, I will have to send it back :(

Another pair of suede shorts! These look more flattering on than in the pictures. Another return though, as these are high waisted to the extreme - almost to the point where I can't bend over without them cutting in to me! I do love them though!

I haven't ordered from Missguided in a while but they have some lovely festival pieces for sale at the minute. I may end up placing another order before I go to Glastonbury!

May Primark haul number 3!!!

Hello,

Another week, another Primark haul! I somehow managed to spent another 50 something pounds on the following items...

I wasn't sure about these jeans when I first saw them but something drew me to them. They are very summery and will be an easier way of me wearing white jeans. They remind me a bit of blue and white dinner plates! They were a bit tight going on and strangely a little loose around the waist. They cost £13.

These 'palazo pants' (is that the right word?!) were £12 I think, and I picked them up as they are in style at the moment and I loved the pattern. I thought I could wear them to work, but they are a little see through so I'm not sure if that will happen or not.

This lovely floaty dress was only £8 and I knew instantly that they style would fit my body shape. The print is lovely too. I will be wearing this lots in the summer!

I'm honestly not sure how much this green maxi dress cost but I know it was between £10-15. I bought this to go with the maxi printed kimono/cardigan I bought a few weeks ago. I got it in a size 8 as the 10 was quite large around my chest area! I love the colour and hope I will get some wear out of this during the summer.

Another Primark visit, another pack of rings! Most of the time I seem to get gold rings, so this silver pack went into my basket straight away. My love for Primark rings continues!

I'm going to Cornwall on Saturday so I won't be going to Primark for a week or 2, so hopefully there won't be a 4th Primark haul this month! My bank balance wouldn't be too happy about that!!
